Tours are generally available and by advance appointment only on Saturdays at 1:30 PM and Sundays at 4:00 PM.
Our community is a private residential space. To provide residential privacy and security, we ask all interested realtors, buyers, and visitors from the general public to gain access to the community only by way of RESERVING a PRE-SCHEDULED tour. Please reach us through the contact form to schedule your reservation, as unannounced drop-ins cannot be accommodated.
Directions
From Seattle, take the Washington State Ferry to Bainbridge Island. After leaving the ferry, take a left at the first traffic light, onto Winslow Way. Take the first right, onto Ericksen Ave.; continue up until Ericksen makes a 90° left turn and becomes Wallace Way. Enter Winslow Cohousing by the third driveway on your left as you go up Wallace.
We are only about 1 mile from the ferry terminal, so with nice weather you might consider just walking onto the ferry and on up to Winslow Cohousing. If driving, please be aware that we have limited visitor parking. There are spaces labeled “guest” near the exit driveway; please park there or along the outer edge of the circular drive if you come to visit.
